It was an extended version of how we open the space for our everyday kundalini yoga practice, and it was GLORIOUS! Class passes can also be used by multiple family members/partners. Yes, you can transfer your ticket/pass to someone else, just let me know. Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? Cash is preferred or credit/debit card payments are available. Then you can simply arrive 5-10mins early to your first visit so I can get you registered. No, you do not need to pre-pay, however make sure you check the calendar at the top of the page to ensure the class is on. Please allow a little extra time at peak lunchtimes to find a park and make it to class on time. Plenty of free parking is available both in front of the community centre, and in and around the shopping centre next door. If you are new please allow a little extra time to find your way. A bathroom and filtered tap water are available at this venue. Reception is available at the front of the building if directions are needed. Head into Woodcroft Morphett Vale Neighbourhood/ Community Centre and follow the signage down the back of the building to room 4. Plenty of free parking is available – at the side beside the stairs, and a larger park can be found at the beach side exit of the roundabout A bathroom and tap water are available at this venue. UPSTAIRS Moana Hall – please make your way to the side of the building and up the stairs. Where do I find you, and where should I park? I also have a small range of books and equipment available for purchase – credit/debit cards and cash accepted. An open mind and willingness to give it a go – even when it seems a bit kooky □.Cushion for meditation/sitting if you wish (chairs are provided for chair yoga).I do have some props (mats and blankets) available, but I recommend you bring your own – so they can soak up your ‘yoga vibes’.
